Courier service

Our couriers will deliver your ticket to the specified address.

The cost of delivery will be 70 UAH within the area marked on the map, and 100 UAH outside it. Courier services are not included in the ticket price.

ATTENTION! In the period from 31.12.2021 to 03.01.2022 and from 07.01.2022 to 09.01.2022 delivery is not performed.

Opening hours of the courier service: Monday to Friday from 11.00 am to 19.00. 
On Saturday and Sunday delivery is not carried. 

If you order until 11.00 Delivery is possible during one working day. 

If you order after 11.00 delivery is performed within two working days. 

When you return the ticket, or cancellation of the event by the organizers, postage is not refundable.
